CHRISTMAS SPECIAL COLLECTIONS

The  Ecumenical Advent Carol Service raised £137, net of printing and venue costs (the ingredients for the mulled wine having been donated). . It was well attended and enjoyed by everyone, with a great feeling of fellowship to start Advent.

The Visit to the Stable service was attended by over 170 children and adults. The retiring collection in aid of The Aberlour Children's Trust & BibleLands raised the magnificent sum of £160.

13 people enjoyed the sung evensong led by a small choir of 4 who sang an anthem for us. The service was followed by a bring and share supper in the day center  where everybody enjoyed good food and fellowship. The party raised a further £25.

This monies raised from these events enabled us to donate £160.93 to each of the ‘The Aberlour Children’s Trust’ and ‘BibleLands’ charities.

Congratulations and a big thank you to all those who helped organise and run these three events.
